What we collect and when

We collect personal data only when you choose to share it:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, company (optional) and message.
• Self-assessment. Your answers are processed in your browser and shown to you directly. If you request the written summary by email, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and your assessment results.
• Booking a call. Scheduling runs on Calendly, which collects your name, email address and the time you choose. Calendly's own privacy notice applies to that processing.
• Email. Messages you send to hello@aspenly.fi, including the correspondence that follows.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits. It works without cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify individual visitors. Cloudflare, which also hosts the site, processes technical connection data such as IP addresses to serve and protect it.

Why we process it

We use your data to respond to your message, to send the assessment summary you requested, and to arrange meetings and prepare possible cooperation. The legal bases are steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in business communication (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Service providers and transfers

We use the following processors:

• Formspree, Inc. (form submissions)
• Calendly LLC (meeting scheduling)
• Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and content delivery)

These providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, as set out in each provider's data processing terms.

Retention

We keep your data as long as handling your matter requires. We delete contact and assessment correspondence at the latest 24 months after the last exchange, unless cooperation continues or the law requires longer retention.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise these rights, email hello@aspenly.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice first.

Changes

We update this notice as the service evolves. The date at the top shows the current version.
